· Stoves / Ranges Heavy Duty: available in gas or electric burners 4 to
10, and in combination with. All stainless steel construction with standard or
convection ovens
· Electric and Gas Fryer: Stainless Steel construction available in with
tanks 40, 50, and 75 lbs. of oil, and 2 baskets. High efficiency cast iron
burners have a large heat transfer area. Tubes are constructed of heavy gauge
metal with a built-in deflector system. Frying area is 14" x 14" (356
x 356 mm).
· Salamanders: ideal for heating, browning and grilling food. Protective
screen over infra-red burner. Broiler grid is spring balanced. Raises and
lowers with positive locking in four positions. Grid rack assembly rolls out a
full 10" (254) for easy loading and unloading.. Full width broiler pan can
be easily removed for cleaning. Salamander Broiler unit mounts over all
Imperial
· Convection Ovens: available in Gas or Electric with single or
double decks. It has 12 guides to position the grids. Oven’s material is stainless
steel in the exterior and porcelain in the interior. Comes with standard legs or
optional casters.
